Week 2 - I am learning more here about Jesus than I have ever in my entire life!

September 9, 2017
Hey,

Everything is great here. I have just a little over a week left here at the MTC.  I am very excited to leave but I will miss my district companions that are not going to California.  I don't think I will need any more shorts and shirts because my bags are pretty packed full as they are.  But I wouldn't mind a care package of food or snacks or something:) I hope Neil and everyone can get used to the idea of being in a new home and driving all the way to school everyday.  Sorry to hear about the crazy stuff that has been happening with Dad's Brother Evan. I hope everything will get better soon.

I would love it if you could send an email to doctor Spooner.  I want to know if he knows any Navy people in my area. I hope Michael isn't too hurt and that his foot will heal.  My tablet is still broken but it is in the process of getting fixed hopefully soon.  It still makes me mad.  But anyway I have two investigators one is Brooke and the other is Shevin.  They are both the greatest people ever and they both want to be nurses and so we have a common topic to talk about.
I am also learning more about Jesus than I have ever in my entire life here.  Just in two weeks.  We also have an investigator that tends to make Elders and Sisters cry when they talk to him.  He is the most bitter man I have every heard of but hopefully the spirit can teach me how to teach him.  But if I try to teach him without it its going to end in a fight and the spirit doesn't like fighting:)

I love everyone in my district they help me so much and help me learn.  We have district Volleyball everyday.  It usually 6 vs 6 and it is so fun.  Everyone has a blast.  Sorry I can't send anymore pictures from the MTC because I don't have my tablet and no computer here has the capability to transfer from my camera.  But as soon as I am out of here prepare for a ton.  I will try to take as many as I can.  But don't forget to send me pictures I love those. I need to go empty my dryer now.  I love you.

Love,
Elder Pack
